Space Odyssey planetarium offers spectacular 360° 3D space experience for children and adults of all ages.
In one of the world’s largest mobile planetarium domes, Space Odyssey’s giant Galileo dome, is an exciting adventure exploring the Solar System – and beyond!
You will be transported on a fascinating voyage of discovery, exploring highlights from the history of space exploration, the planets of the solar system and our place in the wider universe, as well as hearing news of the latest missions and discoveries in space.

Four Planetarium Sessions – 8.30pm. (5.30pm, 6.30pm and 7.30pm are SOLD OUT)
Each planetarium session lasts around 40 minutes.
The Museum remains open from 5pm to 9.30pm to allow you to explore our galleries either side of your planetarium slot.

COVID Restrictions
Visitors will be required to wear a mask throughout their visit, unless they are exempt.
We are not currently expecting participating adults to need to submit a negative lateral flow test to enter this event. However, as the situation and restrictions change the Museum will update its risk assessment and management plan accordingly. Please check this event listing and updated guidance prior to attending the event.
