AgustaWestland Conference Room AgustaWestland Conference Room

This classic wood panelled conference room is available with a full suite of conference hardware including Wi-Fi access and hearing loop. During coffee and break – out sessions your delegates are encouraged to walk amongst the exhibits and aircraft in our galleries.

Considering the current pandemic situation, we have rationalised our services to ensure we can offer you a safe environment for your face-to-face event. We have implemented COVID safety measures throughout the Museum and are proud to have been awarded Visit England’s “Good to Go” Award.

Our air-conditioned AgustaWestland conference room is situated within Hall One of the Museum where the story of Naval Aviation is told from its birth in 1909 to the modern day. Eight aircraft are on display including a replica 1911 Short S27: the remains of the first aircraft to have taken part in a Naval battle - the Short 184 built by Westland in 1916: and the first helicopter built by Westland – the Dragonfly. During coffee and break-out sessions, delegates are welcome to walk amongst the exhibits and aircraft in our galleries.

Our facilities include free car parking, disabled access, meet and greet by a member of the Museum staff, free Wi-Fi (individual registration required), induction loop, wall-mounted projector and screen, flipchart, and pens*.
