Terms and Conditions - Online Shop Items
Prices
Unless otherwise specified prices shall be those ruling at the time of despatch and Fleet Air Arm Trading Limited shall have the right to revise quoted prices to take account of any changes between time of order and despatch. All prices quoted are inclusive of Value Added Tax, where applicable.
Acceptance
All orders placed by the Buyer whether in writing, verbally or by any other means shall be deemed to constitute an offer by the Buyer to enter into a contract on these conditions. The acceptance of this offer shall be by Fleet Air Arm Trading Limited fulfilling the order.
Payment
Payment plus relevant postage and packing charges are to be included with the order to Fleet Air Arm Trading Limited in Sterling prior to delivery of the goods.
Warranty
The Fleet Air Arm Trading Limited's liability in respect of all goods supplied by it shall be limited to giving the buyer the benefit of any guarantee or warranty given by the manufacturer of such goods. The Fleet Air Arm Trading Limited shall not be under any further liability howsoever arising and all conditions and warranties express or implied by or under statute custom or trade usage are hereby expressly excluded.
Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy
In the event of the product being found to be damaged the Buyer must contact Fleet Air Arm Trading Limited within 7 days of delivery. Fleet Air Arm Trading Limited will arrange to refund or replace the product.

Delivery
The delivery charge will be calculated when you specify your country in the next screen. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. (For Gift Vouchers please allow 10 working days). Fleet Air Arm Trading Limited cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, industrial disputes etc or acts of third parties.

All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling (£).
Applicable Law/Courts of Jurisdiction
The validity, construction and performance of any contract to which these conditions apply shall be governed by English Law.

Purchased tickets can not be transferred, exchanged or returned unless our event is cancelled.

Delivery
Delivery for gift vouchers is only available to UK Mainland & Ireland.
Our postage costs are currently as follows:
Event Tickets
An electronic ticket together with your Gift Aid Annual Membership (if applicable) will be attached to your email order confirmation. These should be printed out and presented on entry on the day of the event. Please note your event ticket is non-refundable and may only be used on the day of the event.
Please note event tickets cannot be purchased with shop items.
Gift Vouchers
£1.50 Delivery per Gift Voucher purchased only to the UK and Ireland.
Please note gift vouchers cannot be purchased with shop items.

All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling (£). Discount vouchers cannot be used with Event Day tickets.
Gift Aid
By making your entry a Gift Aid Donation, you will receive 12 months free access to this Museum and we will be able to reclaim 25p in every pound you donate from HM Revenue and Customs. Please note that free entry is not available on February & October Model Shows and two Dalek Invasion days and tickets will be required as proof of purchase on the day of entry.
