Corporate Services Support Staff
We are looking for a flexible, mature applicant to join an established team to carry out the range of tasks needed to ensure a safe, clean and secure Museum and assisting the public in a courteous and friendly manner. You should have a full, clean driving license and have some experience of dealing with the public.
Museum Archivist
A full time, permanent position taking responsibilty for efficient development and management of the Museum's extensive archives. Computer literacy is essential as well as the ability to demonstrate a sound knowledge of at least one area of the Museum's specialist collection.
Curatorial Administrator (Full time temporary maternity cover)
To carry out a range of diverse tasks necessary to the efficient running of the curatorial division. Computer literacy is essential. Cover for this job will last until July 2009.
Cook
We are looking for a reliable and friendly person to work an average of 32.5 hours per week between Monday and Sunday. You will join a flexible restaurant team, which has a good sense of humour, and a Cook desperate for assistance.
Explainers
We are looking for some
Explainers to help guide and inform our visitors. Explainers will undergo a
thorough induction to the Museum and may be asked to help out at the Museums
various events. The Explainers role is voluntary.
