11/1943 - with 769 NAS at Easthaven
18/01/1944 - undercarriage collapsed whilst taxiing (pilot S/Lt RB Walker RN)
29/08/1944 - took off from Maydown for Easthaven, spun into bog five miles from airfield - Blackhead Moss near Enagh Lough, Waterside, Londonderry. (S/Lt DH Oxby RN, S/Lt FR Dobbie RN and LA DAJ Mew all killed)
1971 - combined team from RNAS Yeovilton and 63 HQ Sqdn RE recovered aircraft and crews remains; wreckage removed to FAAM store at Wroughton; nose section restored by Hampshire Aircraft Services (Viv Bellamy) and put on show in museum
