The Swordfish Restaurant

Named after the legendary WW 2 'Stringbag' biplane, our friendly team guarantee you a warm welcome to this 120-seater licensed restaurant. Opening hours 10.00am to 5.00pm in summer and 10.00am to 4.00pm in winter. Drinks and snacks are available at all times with a varied hot service menu including vegetarian options from 12.00pm until 2.30pm. 

Coach Tour Operator parties are welcome for a coffee/lunch stop by prior arrangement only by phoning 01935 842618.

Picnic Area

During summer months, picnic benches are available on the designated grassed area in front of the museum where, depending on operational demands, you may see aircraft on the adjoining Royal Naval Air Station Yeovilton going through their training procedures.
