AgustaWestland Auditorium
A classic wood panelled conference room displays a valuable collection of naval paintings. This air-conditioned conference room is ideal for small to medium sized meetings and conferences. The Westland Auditorium has an adjoining projection room and is available with the full suite of conference hardware.
Accommodates up to 30 delegates 'Boardroom' style.
Up to 40 delegates 'Classroom' style.
Up to 110 delegates 'Theatre' style.

Warneford's
Warneford's takes its name from Flight Sub Lieutenant Reginald AJ Warneford who was awarded the highest military honour, the Victoria Cross, for outstanding bravery in 1915. His VC medal and other exhibits relating to Sub Lieutenant Warneford can be seen on entering the conference room.
The room is atmospheric and decorated with propellers and photographs representing the WW1 era. Warneford's has an integral (Screened off) catering servery. Warneford's can be used as a separate conference area in its own right or as refreshment/dining area for delegates meeting in the Museum's Westland Auditorium.

Swordfish Centre
The Museum's largest conference room has its own vehicular and pedestrian access. It is a self-contained purpose built building situated immediately outside the Museum adjoining the Swordfish licensed restaurant.
Complete with bar area, toilet facilities and a retractable stage, the Swordfish is ideally suited for: Trade shows, Auctions, Exhibitions and Fairs.
Large conferences (Up to 400 delegates 'Theatre' style)
Receptions and corporate entertainment.
Dimensions: 88ft x 48ft (4200 sq ft) 26.5m x 14.5m (384 sq m).
Classroom
The Classroom is the smallest of the conference rooms. When not in use as a conference facility, the Classroom is used by the Museum's education department for its schools programme. It is decorated with WW2 memorabilia including a blackboard and a cane for the unruly delegate!
The Classroom is best suited for small informal workshop meetings or for use as a break-out room from one of the larger conference rooms.
Accommodates up to 35 delegates.
Equipped with digital projection and interactive screen.
Round tables (6 per table).

Leander
Leander is a small conference area used for the Museum's internal meetings and for conference breakout sessions.
Equipped with projection screen monitor and rectangular tables, the room may be used in Board room style to accommodate up to 24 people or theatre style up to 40 people.
