Swordfish Restaurant

The Swordfish Restaurant is situated outside the Museum close to the Museum's entrance. The restaurant is open daily throughout the year and sells a selection of "home" cooked hot and cold food, fresh ground coffee and cakes. The Swordfish Restaurant is open from 10.00am until 5.00pm during our summer season (April-October) and 10.00am - 4.00pm during our winter season (November-March).

We welcome pre-booked Coach Groups.  Please contact the Catering Team on 01935 842615 (after 9.00am).  It is recommended that you notify the Catering Team of your booking at least 24 hours in advance of your intended visit.

Warnefords Cafe

During the school summer holiday period and on special event days, Warnefords Cafe, situated inside the Museum is also open, selling a selection of light refreshments.

Picnic Area

Outside Picnic Area - During the summer months, picnic benches are available on the designated grassed area in front of the Museum*. There is also a covered picnic area, available throughout the year, to the side of the Swordfish Restaurant.

*On rare occasions, the grassed area may be used for overflow parking and therefore not available for picnics.

Consumption of food inside the Museum

In the interest of preservation of the Museum's exhibits, no food/picnics may be consumed within the Museum.

Adventure Playground

Outside our Swordfish Restaurant is the Mini Marines assault course.
